This guide was created so that you, an iGreen licensed representative, know exactly how to operate in the US market from day one. Here, you will find clear, practical, and straightforward guidelines—because we believe that a prepared licensee is a successful licensee.

You have a real opportunity in your hands: to build extra, recurring income by promoting a product that is part of people’s daily lives—telecommunications. You will be working in one of the world’s largest markets—the United States—offering plans priced in dollars and 100% digital technology.
This is what iGreen offers every licensed representative: a solid structure, a real product, and the tools to build your business with independence and purpose.
Whenever you introduce yourself—whether in conversation, in a post, or at an event—use the term “Licensed Representative.” This is your official role at iGreen, and it ensures clarity and credibility in your work.
As you advance through qualification levels, you can and should also use your rank title when introducing yourself. These titles reflect your level of commitment and your journey with iGreen.

WHAT YOU SELL AND HOW IT WORKS
You promote iGreen prepaid plans—from a Brazilian MVNO with international operations—to customers in the United States. These plans are activated 100% digitally via eSIM (virtual SIM) or our physical SIM card, with no red tape and no need for a physical store.

How activation works
Activation is handled simply and quickly via the iGreen Connect app. To ensure sales are recorded under your name, you must always use your unique affiliate ID in all your links and promotions. Without this ID, the sale will not be attributed to you.
Your role in the customer journey
You are the customer’s entry point to iGreen. The commercial transaction takes place directly between the customer and iGreen—you are not a party to the service contract. This means you are not responsible for technical failures or plan-related issues, except in cases where you provided incorrect information.
If any of your customers encounter difficulties, have questions, or need support with the plan, please direct them to our customer service team, available in three languages: Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
You don’t have to handle this alone—we are here to support you and your customers.
YOUR OPERATIONS HUB
iGreen offers three platforms that serve as the core of your operations as a licensed representative. Here is an overview of each:
iGreen Academy
This is where you find key official information about iGreen. The Academy is your go-to source for:
· Official logos and approved promotional materials;
· Complete Bonus Plan, including royalty and equalization tables;
· Qualification criteria by rank level;
· Regulations, active campaigns, and promotions;
· Official documents.
iGreen Connect
This is your control panel as a licensed representative. In iGreen Connect, you can:
· Connect and activate your customers
· Track all your sales in real time
· View your accumulated earnings available for withdrawal
· Manage your affiliate ID and promotional links
iGreen Club
This is the space for your customers. Once the customer activates the plan with you, they use iGreen Club to:
· Track information about their subscribed plan
· Manage top-ups and renewals
· Access support and service resources

HOW CAN I PROMOTE IGREEN MOBILE? You are free to promote iGreen in the way that makes the most sense for your audience, provided you adhere to the guidelines below. These rules exist to protect you, your customers, and the brand you represent.
You can and should:
Use the official branding and templates available in the iGreen Academy (always the most up-to-date versions)
Create posts, videos, and content discussing the product honestly and based on facts
Always make it clear that you are a Licensed iGreen Representative and that you earn commissions on activations
Always communicate that results vary and depend on each individual’s effort
Respect the customer and their needs, never engaging in misleading advertising or using false claims about iGreen’s products, services, or business
Conduct email marketing—while complying with the law
